Commercial Emergency System Installation

The building is being utilized by the Internal Revenue Service as their National Distribution Center. The building consists of a 116,000 square foot area dedicated to order fulfillment, warehousing, and dock space as well as an additional 19,000 square foot office space. The building has a structural steel frame with exterior load-bearing precast concrete wall panels.

Emergency Systems – Fire Alarm / Mass Notification

The system installed here is an Edwards EST-2 Fire Alarm / Mass Notification System. It has speakers throughout the facility to direct occupants during an emergency such as smoke and fire alarm, severe weather, intruder threat, and hazardous disaster.
