Business Audio/Video System Installation
Dot Foods is the largest food redistributor in the United States serving distributors coast to coast on a daily basis.
The Dot Foods boardroom was specifically engineered to enhance communication in meetings and presentations. The boardroom multimedia presentation system includes:
- Sanyo projector enclosed in a Chief recessed ceiling lift
- Draper recessed electric screen
- Crestron equipment control system
- JBL ceiling mounted speakers
- Shure microphones
- Crown amplifier
- Clear One audio conferencing, along with Extron switching
This system provides the customer with computer connectivity in the table along with DVD and VCR playback from the equipment rack. The audio system provides sound reinforcement from the computer, DVD / VCR, and microphones. The rack-mounted audio conference unit allows the existing sound system to be utilized during audio conferencing sessions. The wireless touch panel and equipment control system allow for seamless operation of all of the audio and video equipment including the screen and projector lift.
Training Room A/V Systems
Dot Food’s training room can be divided into two rooms or combined into one. There are two independent A/V presentation systems. The multimedia presentation system in the training room includes:
- Three Sanyo projectors
- Draper recessed electric screens
- Crestron equipment control system
- JBL ceiling mounted speakers
- Shure Microphones
- Crown amplifier
- Clear One audio conferencing
- Extron switching custom and a Mulnix equipment console
This system provides the customer with computer connectivity in the floor boxes and custom cabinet. Playback from DVD and VCR playback from the equipment rack and custom podium. The audio system provides sound reinforcement from the computer, DVD / VCR, and microphones. The sound system can also be combined or divided. The rack-mounted audio conference unit allows the existing sound system to be utilized during audio conferencing sessions. The wireless touch panel and wall-mounted touch panels allow for seamless operation of all of the audio and video equipment including the screens.
