Our team worked with Aperion Care in Peoria Heights to design and install a TekTone nurse call system. Our relationship with Aperion Care started with our outstanding service department. Our team was servicing their existing nurse call system when our lead nurse call technician suggested the use of existing infrastructure (cabling) to give them an updated system, thus reducing service trips to fix outdated components. Our design team divided the facility in half and provided the Tektone nurse call in 2-phases, the existing nurse call field components that we removed could be used to maintain the side of the facility still using the original system.

Our nurse call team installed a Tektone TekCare NC120 call system for 54 skilled patient beds. The TekTone NC120 nurse call system is UL1069 and UL 2560 listed. The Tek-CARE120 Tone-Visual Nurse Call System is an aesthetically pleasing and surprisingly affordable nurse call system designed for easy installation and years of trouble-free operation in a variety of healthcare facilities, such as skilled nursing, senior living, assisted/independent living, urgent care, clinics, and ambulatory surgical centers. The Tek-CARE120 provides an easy upgrade path for many legacy nurse call systems. Room controllers connect via a 2-wire bus, often allowing reuse of existing wire. With the smaller, flexible touchscreen master and versatile wall stations, upgrading to the Tek-CARE120 provides facilities with a modern and discreet system.
