- Or text ENROLL to (733) 725-4000
What happens next
After you sign up, reply to confirm text notifications. And that’s it! You will then recieve all non-criticial alarm noticiations about your system from EMERgency24.

You may add additional phone numbers to receive text alerts. All phones linked to your account will receive texts at the same time.
You may be notified up to 5 times in the first hour. If you have not confirmed receipt within the first hour, the monitoring center will begin calling you. Since these are low priority notifications, you will only be texted between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
PLEASE NOTE: Contact procedures for Life/Safety and other high priority alarms will not change. This mobile phone text feature is strictly non-critical notifications. You will not receive any marketing/advertising via the text messaging system.
