Primary responsibilities:

• Shipping and Receiving Goods
• Inventory Management
• Organize Parts and supplies in prep for jobs
• Periodic delivery of components to customer or job site
• Returned items tracking
• Daily cleaning duties in warehouse
• Daily trash removal duties in warehouse and office

Secondary responsibilities:

• Possible minor maintenance tasks inside and outside
• Participate in recycling program
• Work on RMA processes with others

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in U.S.A
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass the State of Illinois background check
• Previous computer experience
• Customer Service skills
• Able to work as a team member
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferences:

• Associates Degree in College – any major
• Prior customer service experience
• Previous computer experience using:
• Google email
• Microsoft Excel
