Service Coordinator – Job description

We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities

Answer service calls and emails
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution through scheduling
Create service tickets
Schedule multiple technicians
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Maintain customer accounts to provide them with the best service and turnaround time for their needs
Assist with office duties
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Skills

Experience in providing customer service support
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work as a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Education

Associate (Preferred)

Experience

Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
