CRUD 8 Hour Trail Run

The inaugural CRUD 8 Hour Trail Run will take place May 22, 2010 at Jubilee State Park. There will be a solo run and a 2-4 person relay.

Registration opens tomorrow at www.runrace.net you can also link to it from the website.

Start talking some smack and get a relay team together. It's going to be awesome. And part of the proceeds are going to benefit local veterans!

Nobody's inked it yet though! The relay could be a pretty interesting event with some good competition. Just need some of you solo runners to join Dexter!

With my highly sophisticated non-made up mathematical modeling....I predict a tornado will actually form at the center of the 5K loop from the wind shear created by the team's running. Probably an F5.
